The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Fascinée, “the store”, at the Fascinée website, mobile website or via telephone (jointly referred to as “Fascinée”).

1 / By using fascinee.co, you agree to conform to the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read the Terms and Conditions of the store carefully before registering and placing any orders on fascinee.co.

2 /  By participating in the membership program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions. Fascinée reserves the rights of changing the terms and conditions or cease the membership program at any time without prior notice.

3 /  Please ask our staff for more information about the points that can be used and the applicable brands.

4 /  In order to shop on fascinee.co and participate in the membership program, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.

5 / Members must ensure that the information submitted on the registration form is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud. All personal data provided to Fascinée will be protected.

6 /  Points do not constitute property of the Member. They are not negotiable, commissionable or redeemable for cash and are void if a Member sells, barters, auctions, donates, assigns, conveys, or otherwise transfers them (or makes any attempt to do so) in a manner not expressly allowed by these Terms or otherwise permitted by Fascinée (in writing) in its sole discretion.

7 /  We reserve the rights to use your information for marketing purposes whenever deemed appropriate in the future.

8 / In case of dispute, the decision of Fascinée shall be final.

9 /  In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
