PRIVATE SHOPPING SERVICE
- Fascinée is a company registered in Hong Kong. We provide the Services to you through the Website. When you purchase products using the Website, you are purchasing them from the third party retailers. It is important that you understand that the contract for the purchase of the products is between you and the relevant retailers. We are acting as an agent, you are not purchasing the products from us.
- The services we offer allow you to search through the Website and purchase products from a large number of brands worldwide. As part of the services, we also provide some ancillary services such as arranging delivery of the products, providing you with customer service assistance and payment processing. Your contract with us is concluded once the products have been delivered to you by the courier or have been collected by you. In order to use our services, you must be over 18 years of age.
- NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY
All orders are carefully inspected at Fascinée prior to collection and shipment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. Return or exchange is not applicable due to size, color variations as displayed on different devices/screens, personal preference and wrong orders made. Please make sure you read the size and details carefully before confirming the order. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products displayed on the Website. However, as the descriptions are based on information provided to us by the retailers, we cannot guarantee that all details are always accurate, complete or error-free. The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and although we attempt to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the images accurately reflects the true colour of the products. Please contact us if you would like to gain more information about the products.

CONSIGNMENT SERVICE
Role and Responsibilities of 2ÉME PAR FASCINÉE ("the store")
- The role of the store shall be limited to acting as an intermediation platform between the Users. To that end, save in case of specific circumstances, the store shall not act as a reseller of the Products and shall not become the owner of the Products at any point in time. Each User shall act, at all times, for and on its own behalf and shall never act as an agent or representative of the store. The store shall not be a party to the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller, and hereby disclaims liability for such a contract or for its consequences.
- The store does not guarantee that the Buyer shall find the Product satisfactory, whether from an aesthetic point of view or from a practical point of view, as to its use. Any deliveries that are arranged by the store and fulfilled by its subcontractors shall not imply that store is a party to the contract between the Seller and the Buyer.
In General
- The Products shall remain the property of the Seller, or should the store be acting as the seller of the Products, until the store shall have received full payment of the Price of the Order from the Buyer, including both capital and ancillary elements (taxes, Authentication Costs, Carriage Costs and any other costs that may be applicable). The transfer of the risks of loss or damage to a Product to the Buyer shall take place upon receipt of the Product by the Buyer or by a third party that the Buyer shall have commissioned to act on their behalf. The Buyer shall therefore bear the risk linked to any damage caused to the Product after it is received.
- All stolen goods and counterfeit goods will be reported to the police or the customs immediately if found, the store reserve the right to investigated.
- The store will explain the current condition of the consigned goods and related terms and conditions, consignor needs to consent and sign the contract.
- If consignor stops the consignment for any reason, the goods can be retrieved without any cost.
- If the consignment has been paid by the customer, it will be limited to one week to pay the full amount and keep the goods. At the same time, the store will give priority to the customer who has paid the deposit for purchase. The consignor shall not request to retrieve the consignment during this period.
- If the goods are successfully sold and fully paid by the customer, the store will pay the consignor by bank transfer or cheque within 7 working days. The store will not pay any payment in cash.
- The consignment period is three months. If the goods are not sold within three months, the store will remove the goods from the website. The consignor must retrieve the goods within 7 working days, otherwise the store reserves the rights to charge the consignor on administrative fee.
- If consignment items are damaged, the store will not make any compensation.
- The store shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods due to natural disasters or unpredictable circumstances. All compensation is based on the compensation of the insurance company.
- If there is any loss of goods, the store will compensate at the registered selling price.
- All copyrights belong to the original brand holder.
BESPOKE INNER BAG
- All inner bag are made by hand, margin of error is approximately +/- 1cm. If the error causes the inner bag fails to fit in the handbag, we promise to remake one for you for free. The finished product may have color variations as displayed on different devices/screens, the color is subject to the finished product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Please ask if you have any concern before ordering.
- All the inner bag is made-to-order specifically for you. Unless a mistake was made by us, we do not generally accept returns. If an issue arises, please let us know and we will find a solution.
- We endeavour to improve the design of the bag organizers, all the pictures are for reference only. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.
- Fascinee inner bag is not affiliated with any other third-party brands and products. All other company and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies.
IN GENERAL
- To purchase on Fascinée website or at Fascinée store, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit. By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years of age, that you are an authorised user of the credit used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.
- Fascinée reserves the rights of changing the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Fascinée shall be final.
- In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
